With 40 years of dentistry experience, William Adams provides Alabama residents with high quality dental care for a variety of oral health issues. He performs a wide variety of cosmetic and restorative dentistry procedures with a focus on orthodontics, neuromuscular dentistry, and dental sleep medicine.
Dr. Adams received a BA and BS degree from Birmingham Southern College and graduated from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in 1969. Throughout his career, Dr. Adams has demonstrated a commitment to continuing education in order to stay on top of the latest advances in technology and treatment techniques. He has logged more than 1,200 hours of continuing education in the areas of neuromuscular, reconstructive, implant, pain management, and sleep dentistry.
In addition to his work in the field of neuromuscular dentistry, Dr. Adams is active in the Christ Episcopal Church and has served three times on the Vestry. He has been active in the Kairos Prison Ministry since 1985 and has served as the State Chairman for 3 years. He was recently appointed by the State Board to establish Torch for youthful offenders.
