Percy Harvin's Migraines

Percy Harvin's Headaches

I came across this article discussing Percy Harvin's issue with headaches and migraines. Throughout the course of the article, there were many suggestions as to what he should do. There was no mention of seeing a neuromuscular dentist who has special interests in TMJ and facial pain. With all the strenuous exercise and physical demands placed on a pro athlete, there is a real chance that his biteor misaligned jaw and facial muscles, and nerves are related to these headaches. I only hope that after ruling out medical issues, that someone directs him to an experienced neuromuscular dentist to see if these headaches are being caused by these issues. Not a day goes by in our practice when we do not see someone who is afflicted by headaches that are related to a misaligned jaw.

If you have any questions about misaligned jaws and headaches, or TMJ problems in general, please do not hesitate to call our office, Ronald W. Konig DDS, FAGD, LVIF, 713-668-2289
